I think I can do better. Had a fairly gluttonous weekend. I'm starting a 2000m interactive program training 3x per week for 26 weeks (I'll lift another 2d per week). We'll see where that gets me. Sub 6:30 is the goal.

Second time doing the 4x2000m/5:00r this week. Last time I did it in 1:48.9, thanks to a burst on the last 500-1000m of the fourth one. The plan was to stay in the 1:48's throughout, with a burst at the end to get into the 1:47's, and keep going like that until I find my plateau. Ended up at 1:47.9,...
