Knackered today, after 3 hours of training yesterday.....<br><br>But 1st attempt at 30mins.....8081m in 30mins 1.51.3 avg....<br><br><br>my 10km last night at 1.49.4 would have been better! (can i count that instead! )

vote for next challenge <br><br>10 x 1500m (1 min recovery) sounds fun to do!<br>and level the votes up...don't fancy 10km

Would like the mile distance added (British in me coming out) but not the 8km, as like others have said, to near 30mins...and 10km...Like wise i don't really see the need for the 6km either ?

Definitely glass....socks i would lose, and i have too many bottles as it is at the moment!
