Are there any suggestions on how to handle elbow pain? I can ride either of my "real" bikes for 100+ miles day after day with out any pain in my left elbow. Had a couple of nice rest days between group rides, so I thought I'd knock out a quick 4k test on the BikeErg tonight. Managed a 1:34.8 pace, / 410 watt average, finishing in 6:19.2. That's just over 10 seconds faster than I was this spring! I've gotten so used to the free stats I get on the BikeErg...

New 4k PR.

The picture of those erosion control devices is fascinating. I wonder how durable they will be in the (presumably) harsh Alaskan elements?

It's been a goal of mine to hit 300 watts for 60 minutes. I made that tonight, barely. Scraped by with 308 watts. My heart rate climbed steadily from 160bpm to 193bpm ... I think I found my limit

I survived RAGBRAI. Took a rest day and felt really strong on Monday. Knocked out a 90 minute BikeErg session at an average of 270 watts. My previous best was 60 minutes at 280 (or 285, I forget) watts. I'm going to do a 60 minute FTP test soon - and hopefully hit 300 watts average! Wow, Zach!! Tho...

The new ErgData is quite nice compared to the old application. The data screens with graphs on them are very nicely done!
