Only 4 meters less then in my PB-year. So also quite satisfied.
Very strong Siebe, well done!

Re: Weight Categories

ahh I'm not surprised it has been discussed before. I wil browse the forums And yes, I can easily be a leightweight. But then its the same issue in terms of unfair comparisons, but now I have the advantage. Though I should point out people 10-15kg less then me can certainly leave me for dead. If yo...

Been struggling for form, time and motivation lately. Decided that that has to end!

Yesterday:
4x20' 1r
L4 4x(180-180)
1:20:00 18399 2:10.4 19

Today: hardish 5k
19:55.7 5000 1:59.5 25
Sometimes it's hard to stay motivated, that's a great way to get back on track, well done Max :)

Re: New Personal Best! Brag About That New Pb!

https://i.postimg.cc/nsCFB3Hp/IMG-20200708-175327-670.jpg I need to not do 30r20 sessions more often. PB by 124m and it was January 5th the last time I have tried a TT for this session, and I think it's only my sixth ever 30r20 TT. I was expecting to scrape in just over 8k as I have only done slow ...

Re: 20R30 DF Question

I’m new to this too and also would really like to go sub 6:50 for a 2k. I’m a similar age to the OP. My 30 SPM 20’ is 8,038 at DF 120. My best 2k is 6:54.6 at DF 130. I’m thinking of upping my 2k DF to 135 or 140 but I wouldn’t up my 30/20 DF. I don’t know if there is any correlation between the tw...

Re: 100m MAX: first few strokes

... 2. During my PB, first stroke was only 1:37.8, second was 1:19.4 and third was 1:06.0. So potentially a bit to gain for me on the first stroke. Peak split was 1:05.5, max drag and SR of 66. ... That's interesting, have you seen this first stroke at ErgData or directly on the PM? I doubt my firs...

Re: 100m MAX: first few strokes

1) The only thing I can recommend especially for the first pull is: Don't do a full stroke, just about half a stroke and recovery as fast as possible. All other recommendations are relevant for the whole 100m - feet as high as possible - prevent the erg from slipping around - for me: DF as high as p...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

Seldom posted here my training. But maybe I should. Given the amount I post in general. Boring ass hell. Atm, I only skierg, no rowing, no cycling, no weights. Which I normaly would do. For give or take 6 weeks now, I more or less use a “maffetone’ approach. Ofcourse with my own twists. Firs...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

.... Looking forward to seeing your improved sprinting times, very few people can match you in that segment! Yeah, I am unfortunately struggling yet, I am nowhere near the PB's I set back in March/April unfortunately, so I will probably be the HD-king for some time still  Last week I got back ...
