Re: How to fix this wobble? Parts and instructions needed.

If you technique is good, most of your weight should be pushing down on the seat so "Seat Wobble" should not really be a problem. If you doing something that causes your butt to lift out of the seat then obviously your going to have wobble. I was going to say the same thing. There's a little bit of...

Re: Utility software not connecting macOS Catalina (10.15)

Thanks for the answer! Guess there's nothing to do but wait for the their update. You could back off your Apple update until they've fixed their bug. Or report it to Apple's software support. Or take your rower and your Mac into the iStore and demonstrate it to them. Yes, maybe if I have some time ...

Utility software not connecting macOS Catalina (10.15)

Hello, I have a rower with a PM4.
I updated my macbook yesterday to macOS Catalina (10.15) and now I can't connect my rower to the Utility program.

In system information I can see my mac connects to the rower. But it's just not showing up on the utility.

Anybody else who has this problem?

Thanks!

Re: Marathon training

Indoor Sports ruined their website, they've torn down all of the historical stuff that was there (including some stuff that was uniquely hosted by them). I found Eddie Fletcher's marathon plan at: https://www.scribd.com/document/94671629/Erg-Marathon-Plan Thanks! Got some good info for my own marat...

Re: Intermittent fasting/OMAD and marathon training

Did my first OMAD yesterday, followed by a 12k training (55 minutes). Last meal on Monday: 7PM Training Tuesday: 6PM Meal Tuesday: 7.30 PM So far, so good. No drops in energy at all. I'll give an update on how things are going regularly for people who are thinking on doing the same thing. 54:47.4 12...

Re: Intermittent fasting/OMAD and marathon training

Thanks for the feedback! I'll use the longer training sessions to experiment with some different approaches.
It's just when I row after a big meal. I feel my blood sugar dropping really fast.
So maybe no big meals before I row, but more smaller snacks during rowing?

Intermittent fasting/OMAD and marathon training

I've been doing intermittent fasting for a while now and the results are very good. (Been slacking of since the summer holidays but back at it now!) Also thinking of trying One Meal A Day. Now, for my usual workouts (beginner Pete plan) I'm not worried since I often take crossfit classes fasted. My ...

Re: Ketting smeren

Zowat overal wordt gewoon de w20 aangeraden. Dat kost ook haast niets.
Als je toch iets anders wilt kan je op de webshop van concept2 ook kettingolie vinden.
In doe-het-zelfzaken kan je ook kettingolie vinden.

Re: Introduction and Goals

You are right. I was doing my longer runs to fast. Bought a heart rate monitor and now do 5k's at 120 bpm, which is 60% and that's where I feel I need to spend much more time. Lets see if that approach helps me move forward. Great to read you found a solution! Try to think of it as two seperate tra...

Re: Recommend me some over/on ear headphones

I've tried 2-3 pairs of on ear headphones. I find them really uncomfortable and they won't stay put during sports. So I'm a big fan of over ear when it comes to sound and comfort. I wear my over ear headphones 15-20 hours per week. Over ear earphones with very good noise cancelling will cost you 150...
