Yes, it's all stored in the memory. When you press Menu there's a 'Memory' option.

concept2 model d preformance monitor... access last reading

Something I've yet to figure out. After a workout, your final display stays lit for a while, then the back lite goes out and only the LED readout is visible, then that disappears as battery save shuts the screen to blank. Is there a way to access the last workout's data after it's blank?

Re: Recommended gloves for erg?

I use Mechanix original and they work great. Don't know if they are protecting against blisters, but I've found that I prefer gloves. I've even used purple nitrile gloves and both are better than no gloves for me. I actually bought a pair of Crew Stop Sculler rowing gloves and they went back quickly...

Re: Navy Considering 2k as Cardio Alternative for PRT

Thanks for posting. Interesting to see where they are going. When I retired after 25 years in 2004, I could still beat most of the young kids out of boot camp at PT with ease. They couldn't keep up when I led PT. We'd do pyramid push ups and many would drop out lol.

Re: weight loss

Cutting carbs and sugar is the way to go. Another side to what you eat, is when you eat. Compressing your eating schedule, skipping one of the meals at the ends (breakfast, or dinner) increases your fast from the last meal of the day until the first meal of the next day. The one two benefits of both...

Re: Weight loss rest days

While rowing is definitely good for your body & organs (heart, brain), it will not in and of itself assist you in your weight loss. While watching what you eat always helps (give low carb a shot - cut sugar, refined grains), the other side of the coin is when to eat. A compressed eating schedule wil...
