It was new last year, and it’s been maintained well
The drag factor is around 250

I used to years and years ago, but I haven't for many years. I know of two people that do, but that's probably all.

30min 57spm 1.57m/1000m, damper 10 setting
Drag factory was 245, can’t walk today but looking forward to get back to it

250DF for my row on level 10, it will not go above

I’ve tried it on No8 dial and I just can’t seem to get the 500m Time numbers down,

I done a 30m ski today and achieved 7402 my watts
Average was 195 spins was 37, fan was on No10

I could never achieve this with a lesser no on the fan
I would be like a duracel bunny

The normal rate for the fan to be set?

I was that all the way 31/32spm, it was so hard my forearms were on ,,, there’s no way I could get the pace and get the spins bellow 28, I’m only short 5.7
