I can’t seem to go any lower than 10setting, 3-5 setting there’s nothing there to pull, I feel like it’s 2 runners
Is the machine clean?
What drag factor does the monitor show on damper 10?
Hi Citroen

It was new last year, and it’s been maintained well
The drag factor is around 250

Does anybody else train on a 10setting?
I used to years and years ago, but I haven't for many years. I know of two people that do, but that's probably all.
have you retired? Or just dropped the settings 😁

Re: Drag factor (again)

I can’t seem to go any lower than 10setting, 3-5 setting there’s nothing there to pull, I feel like it’s 2 runners Doing 2k run 1 going slightly up hill to the other slightly running downhill, what one would have had the hardest run with the most effort put in, yes the downhill might off been faster...

Re: optimal stroke rate and settings on SkiErg

I am new to the SkiErg, and I am trying to determine the best settings for an optimal workout. When I use the low settings, I tend to run fast stroke rates, 60 spm or more. As I increase the settings, I run lower stroke rates, around 40 spm or less. Any suggestions? I like the fan setting off 10, w...

Re: Skierg pb thread

Hi everyone

I’ve tried it on No8 dial and I just can’t seem to get the 500m Time numbers down,

I done a 30m ski today and achieved 7402 my watts
Average was 195 spins was 37, fan was on No10

I could never achieve this with a lesser no on the fan
I would be like a duracel bunny 🐰
