Pre and Post Training Meals
Hi all,
Curious to know what people are doing for their pre training meals, as well as post training eats. What foods provide plenty of energy for training and recovery and when do you eat? An hour before training? Two? 30 min? Thanks for advice!

Yeah, I didn't realize I had the chaffing until I got into the shower and the water hit... unpleasant surprise! Thanks for the tips and understanding.

Hi Robbie and Mark, Yeah, the raw bit is the upper crack (sorry) and the tailbone area. I'll try a pad and some ointment. So, you just smear some "gunk" on the raw area before getting dressed to workout? Thin layer? Thick layer? Now, would it be recommended to not erg until the raw bits heal or just...
