On an unrelated matter, how's your flywheel clutch? I totally didn't catch this question. But to answer, the flywheel clutch on the old rower worked flawlessly since cleaning out the old grease and adding a drop of motor oil, which was a suggestion I got on this forum. Not a single issue after that.

How old / used up are the bearings? Do they spin smoothly if you lift the seat off the rail?

(I'm assuming that you've also cleaned the rail, and it too is smooth.)

Rail is clean too. I think these rollers are original from 2006.

I've cleaned mine really good with a non harsh cleaner and there's still some discoloration around the ends. And regardless of how clean they are, I can still feel some clicking. Model d, nobody seems to have them.

This morning I did the workout I attempted to do the other day (same intensity arc and duration). This time I kept the garage door closed and no issues. Also cleaned out the flywheel bearing and added some 3 in 1.
