It's gone forever. It was on the old Concept2.co.uk site that became https://www.indoorsportservices.co.uk/ and they discarded all of their old stuff when they revamped the site for their new "equipment rental" business.

You should move the lever to a position where your PM5 gives a reading of 120 (don't worry about the scale on the fan cage - it's largely meaningless and only useful for getting drag set to an initial value before measuring it with the PM5). You're going too far forward, your shins are way past vertical when you come in to the catch. You're also starting the next stroke before the previous one is finished by overreaching at the catch. You've got a new private message. The CTC site doesn't have a password reset option - that technology wasn't around in 2005 when it was invented and it doesn't have your email address stored in the database.
