Re: PM5 Hard Fault

On Monday, pick up the phone and call Concept2. Your PM5 should be under warranty.

Re: New Workout on PM5 sometimes fails

That PM5 needs an update to V165 https://www.concept2.com/service/monitors/pm5/firmware Is there any reason to think the out-of-date firmware is causing this problem, or is that just a generic suggestion? The machine is at my gym; I have limited ability to get the gym management to do the upgrade. ...

YouTube (camera from one side of the ergo, so we can see the full length of your stroke - side on) and post the link on here is best.

Even Ranger defends himself, I respect him for that.
Rich Cureton deserves nothing after his failure to accept a medal last time he rowed sucessfully at the British Champs in Birmingham. He gets no respect from me.

Re: Not seeing stroke data from a workout on a USB stick.

That's working normally. You only get stroke data with Ergdata on your phone. The stuff on the USB stick is no more detailed than what goes on a LogCard with a PM3 or 4.

If you have an Android phone use an OTG adapter and a USB-A to USB-B printer cable with Ergdata.
