I am not sure from the app if a purchase of the app, which is fairly expensive, includes workouts with just one trainer or all workouts, does anyone on here know?
Why not ask the developer at https://asensei.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

Re: WZA Pace Race Rower Setup

If it's not possible then how did they do it? Or, was the description incorrect in saying the pace boat would get "quicker"? Via the racing software. I doubt it's even a new feature of the new racing software, that feature definitely wasn't in the old stuff. There are no pace boats on the PM5 as th...

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread

It's not Joe that does it.

Joe just needs to know your details so that you can be on the schedule for choosing a challenge after you've floated enough boats for enough months to be eligible.

I just need details of your team and it will be available as soon as I have that.

Then you need a pair of these: https://shop.concept2.com/accessories/2 ... -pair.html it reduces the force through your ankles even if it doesn't reduce the motion.

Re: Trouble Shooting Pm2± monitor

It's irrelevant. The PM2 and PM2+ are obsolete. It's frankly amazing that folks are still using a monitor that's at least 17 years old and could be 25 years old.

Re: Trouble shooting PM2 monitor

with respect a pretty weird post - the PM2 monitor is maybe 20+ years old - they have stood the test of time even now that they are obsolete. Hardly cause for complaint. ….and you joined the Forum just to say that?? This was posted as a reply to https://www.c2forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=187939 b...

Re: Movable/Pivoting Footplate - Modification, Ankle Joint

Do you have a static model D/E or a dynamic rower?

There's less movement on a dynamic (or a static rower on slides).

Re: WZA Pace Race Rower Setup

It's not possible.

The only time the pace boat varies its pace is on a "RE-ROW", when it will reflect the split rowed for each split on the previous row.

Set the PM for time rather than distance, let’s say 7’ [sic]. Winner is the first one to finish. Yes I know the man always comes first. B)
If you set the time for seven minutes both rowers will finish at the same time. The young lady will have a shorter distance covered.

Re: Rower Moves Backwards!

What surface is it on? We used to stop ergos moving for competitions by winding two turns of gaffer tape round the front feet, giving it a half twist so the sticky side is out, two more turns, tear off, stand on the front of the ergo and it wouldn't move until Rob Smith pulled lower than 1:20 in his...

Richard (Ranger) Cureton So, I don't have the history as I wasn't on the forum when it all went down but still see some comments here and there about the man mentioned above. He is the only "irregular" rower that has ever been banned for life from this forum, for lying, for making claims he could n...
