Re: Syncing between Ergdata and PM5
For any "Just Row" session you absolutely MUST press the MENU button when you're done. It won't record the workout in the PM5 memory if you don't (and there's no hope of Ergdata doing anything with it). If you're 100% convinced you've pressed the MENU button then send an email to info@concept2.com a...

Re: PM5 ate my workout
Do you always press the menu button when working with Ergdata? Or do you just do stuff on your phone? Once it's gone, it's gone forever. If you press the menu button it should get recorded in the PM5 memory, if nothing else. You can then, at least, enter it manually at https://log.concept2.com if Er...

Re: Form check
You can usually discount any numbers you've got on a non-Concept2 ergo, they may calculate things in a totally different way. Don't expect your Concept2 numbers to be the same. For the glutes, just slow everything down, don't rush the slide back to front stops - concentrate on technique instead. The...

Re: PM3 Accuracy?
The PM2, PM3, PM4 and PM5 are all fairly consistently accurate and there is very little variation between a PM2 from 1995 and a PM5 from 2025. The thing that makes one PM2/3/4/5 feel different to another is how much crud and cruft is in the fan cage. If you block the fan cage you will reduce the dra...

Re: Monitor/analytics software for Windows and PM3
I have the PMI stuff sitting on Github. https://github.com/DougieLawson/PMI I don't know if that works with Win 11 and I don't know whether that works with current versions of Visual Basic. It's supplied as is with no warranty and NO SUPPORT and don't bother creating a Github issue if it doesn't wor...
