Re: The catch and the resistance right after

Take a look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zWu1yuJ0_g&t=2s&ab_channel=concept2usa What you're suffering from is a lack of technique. Hi, are the challenge, details, and updates going to be posted here in the future or has it all moved to Facebook? Thanks
If the team making the challenge puts the details on here that would be a good idea, I'm not on Faceborg.

Re: Bantam sculls

As for C2 oars: I was seriously considering a purchase of the Bantam sculls, but after Citroen, the site moderator deleted my inquiry about them, locked the thread, and then sent me an abusive private message, there was not a chance that I would be buying them. There was NOTHING ABUSIVE in my priva...

You CAN download old workouts to the log at https://log.concept2.com but you can't get them loaded in the Ergdata app.

Re: Bantam sculls

Citroen is the C2 representative on this forum so understandably his behaviour towards me has influenced my decision regarding where I will be purchasing my sculling oars. I am NOT a C2 rep. I'm just a normal user like you are. You are a C2 rep in that as moderator of the C2 Forum your behaviour re...

You posted on a thread from 17th Jan 2017. That's too long ago. The OP has been, written and gone - they're never going to reply.

You need to wait for your correspondent to open their inbound DMs. It will then sort itself out.

For both of you the best bet is Forum Flyers. They're international, they have military vet members, they're welcoming.

Re: 2k time trial for a new rower

My time was 8:02.7 (I am a 36 year old male primarily a distance runner). How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Because nobody can advise you what's possible without knowing those pieces. Also bear in mind that rowing is a LEGS sport, you push with the legs your DO NOT pull with the arms / upper...
