Re: Original Model D with PM3 - eating batteries

If you're in the US it's a no-brainer to ditch the PM3 and replace it with a PM5.

It'd cost you more to repair it.

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

Wow, Dougie!! That's a long, long time away from the erg! You must have some compelling reasons not to buy a rower. Can't beat the convenience of having one in the house. I have a problem with getting a request past the Household "you're not having that in my conservatory" Finance Director. SWMBO w...

Has your technique held up after not rowing for over a year?
Surprisingly it felt like getting back on a comfortable bicycle. No technique problems.

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

Had my second OxfordAstraZeneca jab on Monday.

Managed to do 3222m on the ergo in the gym today. First metres since 16th March 2020.

It’s fine to enter a ski score but for the SkiErg team only. You can also log a rowing score for your regular rowing team.
So the Delivery Room Skiers will need to re-register in the Skierg Team.

Re: New member

Called support and they said disconnect and reconnect the cable and that fixed it. If it's not a permanent fix then call them back. It's either a faulty PM5 or a faulty sensor or a broken cable. You could try spraying some Deoxit (contact cleaner) on the plug and socket, but that may only delay the...

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread

You are only allowed to make a single entry for one team during each monthly CTC, I believe. Fair enough.....feels a bit restrictive though and not really in the spirit of challenge and participation. Different erg score, for a different team doesn't seem like too much of a reach especially as most...

Re: Forum Flyers

This one is pushing the limit in terms of total time for a CTC challenge, you won't see many that are this long. If you need motivation to tackle longer distances, the Concept2 logbook challenges offer more opportunities, I would say. The rule is less than 45 minutes / less than 10K. So this 9.6km ...

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread

Hey all. I did the May ctc last night May 31 at 1954 US central time, which is 0254 GMT June first. 1124 meters for a 1:28.9 ave. My score was on the board yesterday, moving team GARAGEATHLETE into 4th. Today, my score has been removed. Is there a reason why? The rules state that the row should be ...
