I was on the board around 3:00 pm and my computer was infected with the byteverify trojan. Ran virus scan and deleted it. Also receieved the e-mails the other day. Would be good if you guys could find out who was behind this.

Hi everyone,<br />I was just wondering if you all had any opinion on what shoes/sneakers are best for erging? Would regular running shoes, walking shoes, basketball shoes, cross trainers or maybe something like the nike free running shoes be best? Thanks

Quick question, to separate a concept 2 rower is all you have to do is pull the cord on the framelock wheel until the wheel unlocks, and then just separate the front from the monorail, that is the impression I got from the video, or is there something else I have to do? Thanks
