Just got a BikeErg and the front handlebar/stem creaks very badly riding. I only weigh 135 lbs. Everything has been tightened including the black side knob Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks I’m advance.

Hi all, just got a C2 bike erg and likely a dumb question, but how do you update the firmware? Are you not able to do it via BT and your phone? You have to have a USB stick or connection? Thanks
