BPP 14.1
Target 2:18.5 for the 1st 7500, then speed up. I pushed quite a bit to get it below 46'.

Very interesting. That S/M is very high. My Df is usually around 122, with the damper setting at 5.

Thank you for sharing.

Re: Pondering the Beginner Pete Plan

Just completed my very first 7k in week 5. Man, I don't know how you people do +10k. The funny thing is that I can easily ride my bike (outdoors/gravel) for 2 hours at +16 MPH. This isn't the only issue, but you do need to compare the wattage for each activity. Having said that, erging is way harde...

Re: Pondering the Beginner Pete Plan

Finished my first interval of 2k X 2k X 4R for Week 3, with a pace of 2:14.5. Probably could have gone a bit faster, but got a good workout. The second 2k was a bit tougher.

Re: Pondering the Beginner Pete Plan

Welcome and congrats on the new rower. Pretty good time on your 5500m. Resist temptation to think of those rows in terms of your pace. You are not trying to have a "best" for those increasingly longer rows. You should be focusing on technique, efficiency and relaxation. It's a big drop for 25spm to...

Re: Pondering the Beginner Pete Plan

Thank you for all the postings. A bit of self-introduction here. I am 53 yo, 6'1" (184cm), and ~217 lb...
