I've never been a runner due to a congenital heart problem that I wasn't aware of. After a bit of open heart surgery, everything's fine now.
If I can't get over the guilt of missing workouts, I suppose I can pop the $25 for a day pass to the local fancy schmancy health club to get some rowing in.

We're going to be on the beach doing a lot of walking so that shouldn't be a problem getting our steps in.
Thanks for the rest suggestion! I didn't want to "fall off the wagon", but you're correct that taking some down time is a good idea.

No rowing while traveling
I've had my rower for about four years and finally got consistent with it three months ago. I'm rowing a bit under 100km per month.
