6k Time Trial 21:52.9 1:49.4 average pace 32 average spm New British Record in the 60-69 Lwt category (the ''Little old men'')...and an ''all time'' PB for me so happy with that. Looks like I'm still going in the right direction.... just ! :D Another good session Rod, very well done

Joined another 30 min session on Rowpro this evening, another full house and some impressive results. Plan was the same as yesterday sitting on r24 rather than r23. Just a bit lighter stroke. Todays work out was to be a hard but not all out 5K - wasn't sure what to consider hard so decided on 90%-95% (1:47ish to 1:49ish pace). Sat down with no warm-up and just a quick stretch and settled in on a 1:47/1:48 pace, towards the end I went a bit faster to get under 1:47 and finished at 1:46.7...

Hopped on a 30 minute row pro session with all 16 lanes full again! Row pro popularity is way up during these isolating times.
