Hi,
March madness expects you to row every single day in March 5K or 10 K during at least 25 days.
If you have some days when you cannot visit the gym, is it possible to catch up again by rowing two times a day ?

Hi All, I have encountered that problem during the 21 K. In mountaineering you can buy a backpack with a watering tube to your mouth. Maybe that 'll help! I have no experience in rowing with a backpack btw. I think you will be less thirsty if you lose some weight. You should be able to row 5 k witho...
