Hi everyone, I rowed a new personal best yesterday on the 10 k. :P 44:04.7 The 10 k was the only distance, where my ranked workout was in the range 0f 84 % compared to the rest. Now it is 69 %. Hi,

Today I rowed 1 K 7 seconds faster than before. My new PB is 3:39:9.

The split time was 1:50:0, which is good for me.

Yesterday I rowed my first HM ! :lol: It is therefore also a PB ! :P
It was tough to keep seated during such a long time. My butt started aching.
