Re: Sub 7 Indoor Rowing Club (UK)

... yikes soun like youve been in the wars there... homw you find your rowjo soon! just sticking to endurance here. bit of a rate latter. no rests and about 110 strokes for each interval. L4-ish HM. No rest, just using the r18 to get a breather back. 10W/Stroke https://s17.postimg.org/7h7095h3z/2018...

thanks - was mostly boring, just wanted to keep it in UT2 HR band, hence the low rate and "slow" pace..

jumping around a bit training wise. weights, otw, indoor, etc. last row is a few days back, so back on the iron horse. so today was good to jump back on. 25k cont. https://s17.postimg.org/tqaq9zxyn/20180320_25k.jpg maybe stress/fatigue - but HR running a little too high for this piece. Re: Rowpro 5

Thanks, Carl. I've not had issues with my last few group rows. At this point, I'm reluctant to upgrade my hardware just to use rowpro. This is why getting RowPro V5 as an App to run on your Samsung and iPhone is now critical. Your smartphone has enough processor grunt to eat this now and you probab...
