Chuckle... yup, put an extra 1 in there I did. I figured out the 500m thing yesterday though, just went ahead and did a 10 x 500 interval set. 10 x 500, 1:30r, ranged from 146 - 203

needed to get some practice pulling 500m as I want to set a baseline time at this distance. today was informative, think I'll aim for a pace around 1:40 for 500m in a couple days.
