Some just jump on them in gyms and do all kinds of bizarre Sh*t. But if they're happy enough and not getting injured from the results then i suppose let them crack on.

Your technique looks decent, but you're coming too far forward to the catch (the amount of heel lift is the big giveaway)

Pm workout.

4x25 pushup variations. Regular, spiderman, regular, superman.
4x25 leg raises.
2x25 crunches.
2m plank forms.
15m of various dumbbell exercises.

7 mile dog walk, later in the pm :)

and usually 100 - 150 pushups most evenings (spread throughout the evening) Pushups are great! I think nothing about getting down and doing a good few 25 reps at any time of the day and evening. Sometimes do combinations in each rep too, if i fancy even more of a challenge. Adding some spidermans i...
