Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

First ever 45 minute SS row. Probably the longest row I've done yet. Absolutely hated this. Bored. Sweat in my eyes. Sweaty grip. Sore butt. Hard to stay on the right pace/stroke rate. Generally pretty miserable. Try the hour row... thats when it really gets interesting :D I remember my last one, t...

So it looks, could start a bit faster. But sub 7 it is! :D

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

@ Anth, solid work. :D Following on from my 500 p.b. i did 10k R24 UT1 Hr capped at 162.. Thankyou Andrew. Todays training was non erg related. It consisted of body weight training, core work, and some shadow boxing. Quite sweaty on this scorching hot day. I'm just trying to salvage some strength s...

Re: Returning from erg break

It's just because you've been away from it for a while. I remember when i had to take almost a month off the erg with injury, then when i came back to the erg it felt like i was trying to pull a truck  Only rowing around 110df then as well. If you were doing weights, body weight training stuff,...

Re: Recovery practices

If i erg, then have 2-3 day break between sessions, i come back and 9 times out of 10 i feel good for it, and my fitness remains stable. ...
