15 seconds is your rest intervals! Don't think you can program 2 different rest interval settings on a workout.

Can't go wrong with protein shakes tbh.

I use Whey Protein (Primal Cure) It's ideal!!!

I don't have them everyday... but if i know i won't have time to take on much food sourced protein then i whip up a quick Whey shake.

I never list non-rowing workouts but on Memorial Day (US Holiday) - most all CF gyms do a workout called "Murph" to honor fallen soldiers.
