Connecting phone to PM3

Re: Forum Flyers

Hi Guys and Girls
Just joined the team. been having a hiatus from the erg for a few years (15 or so) and added some pounds on so gave myself a kick up the butt and am now back into it. albeit a bit slowly to start off. will be looking to participate in challenges as they arise.

Re: Pete Plan 2017

Went back and checked and yes 2.09 was the avg. 2.04 was the last split. To be honest I thought I rowed rather conservatively and had to hold back from going faster. But have taken on board that it's a long plan with a bigger picture. This week will finish week 1 doing all 5 of the tasks. Then will ...

Re: Pete Plan 2017

so i started the beginner Pete Plan today. first session was a 5k at 2.04 avg split and 24spm finished in 21:31.8 that was a bit of an effort considering that in the last 7 weeks i havent done anything more than a 500m in one session and probably no more than 12 times on the erg over that 7 week per...

Re: Early NY resolution

Hi Rowing dad im in a similar boat as it were. ive just done a 6 week cross fit program and part of that was diet considerations. pretty much we were advised to do a couple of hundred cals short of what our weight maintenance requirements were. that plus the exercise should see a slow reduction in w...
