Re: Exporting to .tcx or .fit from Online Logbook
The export as .tcx or .fit is only available if the row has been continuously logged. If it just contains split data (like on a PM3 LogCard), it can only be exported as .csv. I don't know which form the data on a PM5 USB stick has. But it is easy to see the difference in the C2 Logbook: If the diagr...

Re: Just a bad day?
As I have understood it, mostly from similar topics about running: When you start training your aerobic base by training longer at low heart rate, your anaerobic system gets a bit neglected. For competition, you need both. But while it takes a long time to build the aerobic base, the anaerobic syste...

Re: PM3 and PM4
Yes if they are the post 2008 versions, they were great monitors. What happened in 2008? I know that there is old and new hardware in the PM3 with two different families of firmware, but I was not aware that it had any impact to us as users. I have noticed that my pre 2008 PM3 is slow to register k...

Re: C2 Logbook rows from RowPro, download as .fit fails
Hm. Same problem with firmware 108 and RowPro 4.3. This time I did a simple custom workout with no rests, so it is not even the rests which make the difference. Update: Went back to RP5.1. Created a simple Advanced workout: 1:00+2:00+1:00. 3 splits, 4 minutes. It uploaded fine, but I got this in the...

Re: C2 Logbook rows from RowPro, download as .fit fails
Thank you. Upgraded to 108 now. It is actually 6 years old, and 105 was even older. Seems I will need 108 anyway if I want to tryout ErgData with a cable to an Android phone, which will be my next attempt if I don't succeed with RowPro. Also downloaded installed RowPro 4.3. Which includes a dead lin...

Re: C2 Logbook rows from RowPro, download as .fit fails
The .csv contains one line per stroke, with the following information. Number Time (seconds) Distance (meters) Pace (seconds) Watts Cal/Hr Stroke Rate Heart Rate The C2 Logbook also contains the usual trend curves for this row. So the data seems to be there. (I imported one row from a LogCard. This ...

C2 Logbook rows from RowPro, download as .fit fails
My setup: D1 with PM3, firmware 105. Connected via USB cable to PC running RowPro 5.1 trial version (not expired). RowPro is automatically uploading rows to my C2 Logbook. When I log into my C2 Logbook and view a row, I have three buttons to download the row as .csv, .tcx or .fit. For some of my row...

Re: Noob would like some feedback please
I am certainly no expert in rowing or training plans for rowing. Specifically, I have no idea what the BPP plan is. This is also my first post on this forum. However, I have lately looked a lot into both heart rate based training in general and more specifically training of aerobic fitness - and I h...
