Steady hour this morning getting up steam in the first 2k at 2:03, then pulling it back to a 1:59 average by the end.

Abs, biceps and front lever progressions.

A little better. Lost power in the last two and dropped from 1:42s to 1:44 and 1:45. At least the session got done.

Easy week next week, and 2k test week after.

Just some abs and endurance circuits on the wall now. Very cold in the garage!

Intervals fail. Engine blew out completely on the 5th rep of my planned 8x500m/2:00r, and the Engine Management System is damaged. Had to go straight to the pits. Another steady state hour at r20. Ended up with 2:08 average. Trying to get a little freshness for tomorrow's torture fest. Then some abs and ring push ups.

Tried to get on the rope. Muscles refused to move me upwards at all. Needs work!

155km bike ride yesterday. Half of which was a high speed group ride. I rode past the cafe to do an extra two hours.

Half marathon this morning abs, some quick workout on the bouldering board and ring rows. Easy Monday is needed!
