Re: PM5 not connecting to ERGdata
Hi all!
I forgot to take my phone to my gym last night. I have my own gym (aka garage) and my own concept 2. No one else uses it.
Is there a way to sync my workout to the ERGdata after the fact?
Many thanks in advance*.

P.S I did a quick search but couldn't find an answer.

Re: First 5,000m
Evening all!
Second 5,000m. Damper setting of 1. The drag factor was 80. 23m21.9s.
It felt very different than damper 10. I was c.41 seconds slower.
Tomorrow is damper setting 2.

Re: First 5,000m
Thanks for taking the time to reply. I look forward to working this out. The info on this thread will be invaluable. I also want to test each setting for my own peace of mind. I do have a related question; I have just entered for the "Mizuno British Rowing Indoor Championships" on 7th December. Is t...

Mizuno British Rowing Indoor Championships
Hi all! I've just registered for this event taking place on 7th December 2019. What a great family day out. And I'm competing in two events. This should hopefully provide some short term motivation and tie in nicely with my fitness goals. Anyone else going? Sam https://www.britishrowing.org/events/e...

Re: First 5,000m
Thanks all.
I'm very much experimenting. It'a brand new machine so no dust (I would think).
Tonight, I am trying another 5,000m with the setting at 1.
Thanks for the info. Will have a good look.

Re: New member - wants to get leaner.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. I’m definitely experimenting. For example, I completed 5,000m today with the setting to 10. This feels the best setting to slow me down. It’s almost as if I feel I’m going to fly off the end and can’t keep up with my motion in a lower setting. Does that make se...

First 5,000m
Hi all! First 5,000m. This is the distance I’m aiming at completing 4-5 times a week. 22m44.9s. Dampener setting was at 10. The dampener of 10 seem to be the best resistance for me and my body weight. I’m 6’7” and 125kg. Anything lower feels like I’m going to quick and I can’t keep up if that makes ...

Re: New member - wants to get leaner.
So I couldn’t resist and just did another 500m out of interest and came in at 1m53s. Set the thing to 8. Going to check out YouTube to see what 8 means.
