I assume it’s not possible to set splits manually during a Just row session by pushing a button on PM5, is this correct? It would be quite useful for the bursts and pyramid workouts in the Fast-track training program by Indoor Sports Services.
For the ten-stroke bursts you could set up an interval workout, based on your expected average rating. If 30, go 20s plus rest as to taste. Thereafter, use re-row.
