Good Evening,
the LCD screen portion of the monitor is starting to "wash out" on the bottom 3rd of the screen. Does anyone know of a repair that can be made to solve this other than $185 us to replace the whole thing?
LCD's are available for the 3 & 4 but not the 5.

You can buy just the PM5 screen on its own and its now stuck to the front black plastic cover to help stop water ingress, not too difficult to replace but easier on later models as the screws are easier to get out of the rear cover and one is not behind the battery terminal.

If this works...Mine washed out once due to water seeping in. I took it apart (per the manual) and let it dry for a few days. Came back to normal.
