Poor man's dynamic ergometer

I saw this video online:

Using a Model A ergometer. It uses wheels designed to move an ergometer around easily, utilized to make it move when rowed.

My Model B got wheels (from Home Depot, $2.50 each) screwed onto to 2 x 4's & held on the ergometer feet with U-bolts. I can't load pictures, too large a file. Very easy, and makes a freely wheeling erg. For $20.00 or so, it might be a worthy investment for the lower back. I've so far found that one bungee cord on the back of the machine keeps it corralled.
