Somehow, the lifetime meters on my USB logbook has gotten corrupted...showing 47+ million. i think it started the first time I deleted USB workouts from the memory stick. I've tried editing user and resetting the lifetime meters to what my online logbook shows, but it keeps reverting back to corrupted. It's not a big deal...just annoying.
Do I need to reformat the USB memory stick or is there some other trick to fix this?

USB Logbook Lifetime Meters Not Correct
Re: USB Logbook Lifetime Meters Not Correct
Dave,
About once a month my PM5 adds roughly 100,000 meters to my lifetime total. It just happened again yesterday.
When it occurs I receive an error message at the end of a workout that there has been some sort of date corruption, would I like to repair it? I reply "Yes". In yesterday's case the repair seemed to work, but I had to manually move my workout from the PM5 to the USB drive and of course my lifetime total meters increased by at least 100K. I edited my userid to reset it.
I've reported this to Concept2 support on at least two occasions. They have asked for a copy of my logbook which I provided, but apparently they cannot replicate my issue. So I'm in limbo.
I've been using C2 rowers for over twenty-five years. Until January 2016 when I took delivery on a new Model D with PM5 I had been very happy with my prior machines and Concept2.
In summary: I'm not impressed with the reliability of the PM5. In the last eighteen months I have seen more errors and crashes on the my PM5 than all on all my prior ergs extending back over twenty years. Fwiw, I am still seeing the same issues with my PM5 monitor. The PM2, 3 and 4 were far more stable.

Re: USB Logbook Lifetime Meters Not Correct
1. Upgrade your C2 utility to V7.08.1
2. Download V25 firmware
3. Write V25 to your USB stick
4. Insert your USB stick in your PM5
5. Press all the right buttons to accept the upgrade
6. Wait for eight minutes
7. Grab a beer and celebrate a job well done

Hi Citroen, I was not sure if your comment was directed at the OP or me?Citroen wrote:1. Upgrade your C2 utility to V7.08.1

I had already completed steps 1-7 prior to my latest PM5 crash and jump in lifetime meters. Obviously it didn't quite fix my issues, but I did drink a beer after my workout.

Re: USB Logbook Lifetime Meters Not Correct
I recently stopped using my C2 provided USB drive and migrated to the ErgData app.
Only time will tell, but so far ErgaData has proven to be easier to use and totally trouble free.

Re: USB Logbook Lifetime Meters Not Correct
Same problem here. One thing I did notice is that when I display the lifetime meters, for my USB log, it actually displays the lifetime meters for the PM5, not the USB stick. I'm using different rowers at the gym, if that makes a difference.
