Erg monitor

Does anybody have any information on the use of this product, I have heard PaulS mention it on a few occasions, I have also seen some screen shots of it but do not fully understand what it does.

Simply put, ErgMonitor is the most comprehensive tool available for evaluation of stroke dynamics on the C2 Ergometer.

Anyway, giving it a try is virtually free, you can also search this and the UK forum for user comments.
