PC not "seeing" pm3
I am trying to update my PM3 firmware but my pc's are not seeing it when I connect to USB. I hear the connecting sound but it does not show up as "new Hardware" I try connect other devices and they are being seen. I have tried this on 2 PC's now. What am I doing wrong? thanks for the help.

properties hardware (tab) device manager?Have you rebooted Windoze?
Does the PM3 power-on when the USB connects?
What's the current version of firmware?
How are you trying to update it? With the logcard utility? Or with the stand-alone firmware loader?
