Uploading LogCard to Logbook Problems

I am a new paddler and I am NTB (not terribly bright). I just bought my D model with a PM3, Version 6.21 last week.

I am still setting things up an can't seem to transfer new newly acquired 4800 meters from the LogCard to the Online Logbook. In attempting to do so, I keep getting a message that says "Card is not a Valid PM card." and the log card is not accessible. Anyone?
