PM sitting in outbox,how do i get it to send please

Thanks for reading

I have composed a PM which I thought had gone

On checking its still showing in outbox,but as you read across the bar it shows a sent time and date.

However when you select the sent option - no pm in my sent mail

Could someone please advise how to send it

When the number disappears from the outbox, the message will appear in sent mail folder. Maybe it would be less confusing to have a confirmed delivery folder? Remain calm, all systems, however non-intuitive, are nominal.

It just means the person you have sent it to hasn't read it yet. Once they read it it will go into the sent folder.
