ErgData Android Not Saving Workouts

This has happened twice now and I don't know the reason. Using a PM4 with the current Firmware and current Ergdata Android App Version. I connected my S7 to my PM4 by USB using a Micro to standard adapter. At the end of my workout I took the following screenshot (sorry I'm having a hard time embedding, so you can click though).

As you can see in the picture, it asks me "Are you Finished" and I clicked "Yes". I had rowed just over 5,000 meters. It immediately wiped the screen and took me to a blank one. I went to my history and this is what I saw:

The date says 2009, it says 914 meters. Clicking through to another screen I get the following:

I don't even understand what the heck the picture above is trying to tell me.

I have Rowpro and can keep using it, but we're moving offices next week and it turns out there is a Concept2 w/ a PM4 in the gym in my new building. Rather than lugging a laptop with me I'd much rather bring my phone and the USB cable...but if I can't figure out how to get it to work that's going to be a no-go.

Thx Citroen. Going to give it one more go (I feel like an idiot but I may have had the wrong password), so will reach out to them or diagnose otherwise if no joy.

So the culprit was that I hadn't removed the log card. Thx for pointing me to the first place I should have started.
