ErgData no longer works after update

My android phone just made an automatic update of ErgData, now ErgData doesn´t start any more (it worked fine before the update). I get the error message "ErgData wurde angehalten". My android version is 4.4.2 (no updates available).

Similar to me when I try on my BikeErg it crashes out when I get the connected message ... so I tried with a cable this time it crashed almost immediately... tried on the rowing erg connected with no hassle and logged the session. I'm using android v5.1 and ergdata v1.65 and BikeErg PM5 is running 3.23.4.

Also my iPad worked ok on the BikeErg.

Send an email to rowing@concept2.com with details of your phone, your ergdata version and the firmware version on your PM5.

It may be worth running the C2 Utility on a laptop (or macbook) to upgrade your PM5 to the latest generally available version before testing again and reporting your problems to Concept2.

I did so, now version 1.68 is available and the problem is fixed. Terrific service! B)
