Pm5 Lifetime Meters are wrong

2128029 - total yesterday
0018145 - meters today
2146174 < should be the total today, but the lifetime meters display shows 2184114, a difference of 37940 meters.

What happened? I got the Skierg last July and it's been fine to this point. There has not been an error message.
I'm not using a usb or any other attachment. The only difference from usual since yesterday was testing the undefined rest,
which only added up to 90 meters. Could that have caused a glitch to occur that messed up the total. What can I can do?

Any and all helpful comments are much appreciated. Thanks :D

firmware version: 863
hardware version: 633

18145 - meters on 12/31/18 - the lifetime total added an extra 37940 meters;
16901 - meters on 01/01/19 - the lifetime total again added 37918 meters.

The only difference from usual was testing and using the undefined rest on both days, which appears to have triggered the issue.

I've sent an email to Concept2, and will call them tomorrow.

Pm5 Lifetime Meters correction

The Concept2 pm5 page states to find the Lifetime Meters at More Options / Utilities / Product ID / More Information.
However, that total is unreliable due to an unknown issue with Skierg firmware version 863, and perhaps other versions too.
The issue has been triggered every time so far that I've used "undefined rest" intervals, which result in the total being way too high.
The first three times I used undefined rest intervals added 37940, 37918, and 77635 meters respectively. I contacted two different people
at Concept2, who were each unaware of this issue. Updating the firmware was the only solution offered; however I already have the 863 version.

Fortunately the Lifetime Meters can also be accessed at Memory / Summary, in which case the total is correct!

Using undefined rest intervals is the only way that I'm aware of to get standing starts in sets, so I plan to keep using them.

I noticed a while ago that the PM5 workout summary are rounded to the 10th digit. i.e. the last digit is always 0. It wasn't always this way since the PM5 lifetime meters were always exactly the same as the Logbook lifetime meters. So it's always off by the little bit, and whenever I remember I'll adjust it.

However, a few weeks days ago I looked at my lifetime meter and it was in the gazillions. Obviously wrong. :D
