long row pause/rest

I have a PM4.

I want to start longer rows, but with longer rows come longer rest periods

i want to shoot for 21097, then full marathon.

it seems that when I am rowing a half, and pause at 30 minutes, ive got only a few minutes to rest. i would like up to five

what can i do to make this happen so that the device does not close out of the row?

please help.
