Display delays

Two delays of the current display would be helpful:

1) Able to see an overlay of the current force curve with the one prior. Would help in seeing which part was changed compared to the prior stroke.

2) Blink or freeze the project distance/time and split length before it resets during a rowing session. Holding these data points for 2-3 seconds would be nice so one doesn't have to focus on the distance/time in order to see the data the very moment before they reset.
