I've looked around this site and can not find anything that explains exactly what ERGING is. Would someone please explain to me what this means? This old guy needs some help.<br>Thanks,<br>Yoda

When we use the word "erging" we're referring to using the C2 Indoor Rower. I use it to differentiate from rowing which I think of as on water rowing. You have ergers and rowers. Though some people are both.
