I'll be putting in for a few gifts soon, and wondered what the feeling is about the three intermediate prizes (i.e. not t-shirts etc). I've received a pair of socks before that were very nice, but I'm tempted by the glasses, and water bottles come in handy...

If you don't know what I'm talking about, click here for details.

Go for the mug. I enjoy my beer so much more in my marathon mug. One thing-they are a tad on the small side. They don't quite hold a 12 oz bottle. I'm forced to drain the last bit from the bottle when I pour my glass.

I wonder if we could get Concept to come up with a proper pint glass? They we could all work towards a set.

I expect that we would have to pay for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc as we do now for the mugs.

Grams

Oops-I mixed up the Marathon Mug and the Million Meter glass. Well, I still vote for a proper pint size.

Sorry about the duplicate answers. I attempted to add this consecutive message, and it reposted my pervious one. I had to quit the Concept site, and then re-enter it to post this.

grams

Just recieved my very own T-shirt (first million), and my pin, and my certificate this very day and was like a little kid putting it on and wearing it to the gym (rowed a 10k PB )

Half way to the next one and cant wait to get a water bottle, then socks, then a glass in that order

ps A big thumbs up to the USA because their idea of an XXL T-shirt is the same as mine ----- big !!!!!!!!!!

I voted for the bottle, but for me it is a toss-up between the glass and the bottle.

What about those crazy ergers who are past 20 Mm, for whom there are no more incentive prizes from C2?

Since I already have a half dozen marathon mugs and various water bottles to drink out of, I just go for the socks.

While we are on the subject, I'd be happy to save C2 a few cents and some trouble and skip the certificates and pins. Frankly, I just toss the things. How about a certificate free option?

Alex

I'm for the glasses. I can point to them as the product of my labors and claim to my wife that the set I'm building is all for her. I think it keeps her from claiming I spend more time with the erg than with her.
Dex

I didn't vote because my 1st choice would be rowing shorts.

I think there's a pair at 15 million meters but I haven't sent for them yet.

Another choice would be credit or a discount for other C2 stuff.

Or a rowing machine... oh yes.

When some one at work asks how I got the super hunk body , I can point to the certificate.

How much have you done so far? Even if you have 20 Mm, that still leaves over 4 Mm a year, which is a mean of over 10000 m a day every day for the next 19 years That is a lot of erging for a long time.
Good Luck!

David

Just cleared the 6 million mark today, so asked for the socks.
They're just right for cycling in .
Think that the glass is too small, should be a pint
