cup of tea? it was something a little more substantial a minute ago.<br /><br />i'd just like to say about my 6k today that, having said it was NEARLY a pb (just 0.8sec slower), i realised it might be a pb for this season, but not an actual pb. anyhoo....i checked later and actually it was just 0.8 under my 6k pb of all time, so i'm happy again. <br /><br />hurrah!<br /><br />jane

I did my CTC 6k today too, with a PB. But now I can't get on the Uk site to post it either.

Looks like I need to do a 6K and get myself nicely wedged between places 16 and 17<br />although grouped in with 20-23 might be more enjoyable
