I'm a new rower looking for a team for the fall challenge. This would be my first challenge.

If you'd like to get into a small team where your meters will make a difference, I'm in Dry River Sculls (not the captain, just a member). There aren't many of us, but it'd be great to see more meters going up on the wall.
