Re: Virtual team
Thanks for the marketing, Dougie!
Dreadfish - you're more than welcome to drop in on the Forum Flyers thread and say hi. It has been quiet recently, but the more visitors we get, the more lively it should become. There are a few team members (past and present) from NZ, but also a wide range of countries are represented by friendly people.
I'm also on the comeback trail, so it would be good to have company at the back of the bunch in the challenges.
Cheers
Dave

Re: Virtual team
Yes the Flyers will happily welcome you - see the teams thread here. Come from all over the world, no rules and all welcome. We don't have an active FB site tho it exists! Our southern hemisphere presence exists on both sides of "the ditch". There is the CTC as well as the C2 challenges - the next one starts in January. Our CTC glory days are a few years past unfortunately with the explosion of the elites at the top end. (and we are always particularly keen to attract new ladies as well)Dreadfish wrote:Hi All looking for a virtual team to join for challenges. just starting out after a long period off the rower so numbers will be a bit low to start with but hope to get them up soon. any suggestions?

Re: Virtual team
Guys are a dime a dozen in the CTC; worth more when accompanied by women.
Maybe you know a lady who would also wish to join a virtual team, yes?
