Ouch! Got my flu shot this afternoon & no problems until I rowed tonight!

Hope I can get some rowing in tomorrow morning before we go out of town. It's hard keeping up, but it's fun trying!

NO flu shots for me..haven't had one since the swine flu shot in the 70's.NO flu shot since.They made us get them back then..but NO more.

Hope you have a good trip..hope it is a fun trip and not business.. :lol:

I got my flu shot a couple weeks ago. Only pinch's for a second. Nothing close to the pain of all that erging.....

You guys are scaring me, no wonder you all have trouble with wrists and elbows.....

I'll row behind, catching the rays of the sun and training for the crash B's.

RowStrong Timbuk2!

It's 75F and sunshining all weekend. Got a Century Ride calling my name on Sunday in MN. Will be off the rower today and tomorrow. But watch out for Monday,

I'm going for the Cup!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: (by the way this is my game face :shock:, intimidating isn't it! :lol: )

and just by chance, I'm carrying my c2 logcard just in case I see a rower sitting along the side of the road in MN. Only if I could figure out how to hook up the PM2 on my bike chain :idea: :wink:
