Nice rowing everyone! And welcome back Izzy!

Got my neurologist appointment so wish me luck please! I know more than likely they will just be ordering more tests but it would be nice to hear some positive news.

TIA

No occasion, really. Just playing catch-up to hit my season goals, and hopefully take a few days off at the end of April to rest. I have learned that 20K-per-day is just too much for me after a few days of it.

Hey there team been recovering from a foot injury.

Apparently doing ball skill drills (soccer) in the living room holding a craft beer in one hand and having my dog attack my feet while doing it isn't a wise Saturday evening activity :-) Rolled my foot and sprained the actual foot bones or something.

I'm back in the rowing seat after a few weeks of R&R so we'll see how many meters I can get in for the end of the challenge
