Thank you Lisa. I Did ok, but had several stops along the way to walk around and stretch. I'm hoping to be able to raise my goal for the challenge, but I'll have to first evaluate how my back feels on my next row.damselfly wrote:Congratulations!!! How do you take breaks in a long row without the PM timing out?ronmardix wrote: Thank you Lisa. I Did ok, but had several stops along the way to walk around and stretch. I'm hoping to be able to raise my goal for the challenge, but I'll have to first evaluate how my back feels on my next row.

Usually the PM stays on about 5 minutes. I use to stretch also when doing hms and fmsmathineer wrote:How do you take breaks in a long row without the PMronmardix wrote: Thank you Lisa. Re: TimbukTOO Team Room
The timeout is 4 minutes. It gets reset to run another 4 minutes if you press [CHANGE UNITS] or [CHANGE DISPLAY] or one of the five grey buttons.brotherjim wrote:Usually the PM stays on about 5 minutes. Re: TimbukTOO Team Room
Hey Lisa
I think I need to adjust my ftc goal up to 320k. I've got today and 4 days when I get back from vacation, and might be able to squeak a few meters in before the flight leaves tomorrow morning. This team has a strong competitive spirit and lots of passion for rowing. Keep it up and have fun and lets finish strong!

I just hit my target and think I'll add another 50k. I've got a few days before I go on a vacation. I will look for a 'box' to row at....GO TEAM!
Re: TimbukTOO Team Room
Continuing with my cross training efforts, managing to stay slightly ahead of my projected goal for the FTC.
I don't know how some of you do it, I would have to spend upwards of 3 to 5 hours a day rowing to keep up with many of you! Great going teammates! Row! Row! Row!
